My Magic Pencil is free to start — watch any public lesson and create a new lesson free every day. Premium removes the daily limit and unlocks premium quality: HD narration, cinematic boards, background music, and no-watermark video export. Prices are shown in your local currency (₹ in India, otherwise US Dollars); applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by our payment provider.

Starter (India only)
$1.99 per month — up to 26 lessons per month.
A lower-cost entry tier available on the web in India. Auto-renews each month; cancel anytime.
Premium
$11.99 per month, or $96.99 per year (about $8.08/month, billed yearly). On iOS, Apple's store tiers apply. Referred customers get 20% off through an affiliate's link.
Up to 154 lessons per month on the monthly plan, or 106 per month on the yearly plan (fair use — the yearly plan costs less per month, so it carries a lower allowance). A "lesson" means a standard narrated lesson.
Premium quality is included: HD premium voice (natural narration in 80+ languages), Cinematic mode (richer, figure-packed boards), Animated scenes, AI background music tuned to each topic, and 1440p HD video (MP4) export with no watermark — along with priority generation and larger document/slide uploads.
The premium quality settings cost us more to make, so they draw more than one lesson from your monthly allowance — Cinematic counts as about 3 lessons, Animated scenes about 4.5, and HD voice about 1.4. A lesson generated without narration counts as about 0.2. Your allowance is spent in proportion to what you actually use, so nothing is wasted on settings you left off. The app shows what remains.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Marketplace
Creators set their own price for a lesson (or offer it free).
On each paid sale, the creator receives 85% and the platform retains 15%.
Payments
Web payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. In the mobile apps, purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
