These terms govern your use of My Magic Pencil. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read the AI disclaimer and marketplace terms carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you may use the app only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent, guardian, or school.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the lessons you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them so we can provide the service (including sending inputs to our AI and storage processors).

You are responsible for what you submit. You must have the rights to any document, image, or text you upload, and you must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others' privacy.

Marketplace (creators & buyers)

Creators may list lessons for sale only if the content is their own original work or they hold the rights to sell it. You confirm this when you become a creator, and we may block or remove content that appears to duplicate another creator's work.

On each sale, the creator receives 85% and the platform retains 15%. Payouts are currently supported for creators with an Indian bank account, via Cashfree.

Buyers receive access to the purchased lesson. Because lessons are digital goods delivered immediately, sales are generally final except where required by law or in case of a clear defect.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Lessons are generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. They are provided for learning and general information only, are not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice, and should be independently verified — especially before relying on them in any important context.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no reselling others' work.

Termination, disclaimers & liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
