These terms govern your use of My Magic Pencil. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read the AI disclaimer and content terms carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you may use the app only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent, guardian, or school.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the lessons you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them so we can provide the service (including sending inputs to our AI and storage processors).

You are responsible for what you submit. You must have the rights to any document, image, or text you upload, and you must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others' privacy.

Publishing to the library

Our lesson library is free to watch. You may publish a lesson to it only if the content is your own original work or you hold the rights to share it — you confirm this each time you publish. We may block or remove content that infringes others' rights or appears to duplicate another author's work.

Published lessons are made freely available to everyone. We do not sell lessons and there is no charge to watch them; a paid Premium subscription covers only AI lesson generation and premium quality features.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Lessons are generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. They are provided for learning and general information only, are not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice, and should be independently verified — especially before relying on them in any important context.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no reselling others' work.

Termination, disclaimers & liability

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
